My main goal of being a tea consultant is to improve estates organic field practices to produced the best quality leaf possible so we can manufacture high-quality teas that everybody can benefit from.
I always follow the correct methods of field practice looking and keeping the climate in my mind, respecting the nature of humans and the nature of plants in my care. By doing this I believe we can produce best-tasting tea possible.

With over four decades of experience, I have built in-depth knowledge on how to produce many tea types with a particular focus on Orthodox Black Tea.
ln addition to this I have produced countless top quality Darjeeling, Oolong, Pu’er, Green teas, as well as other varieties of herbal, fruit and flora teas.
There is no prescriptive formula for producing each tea, as each tea type has qualities that need a customised approach to coax the best flavours and qualities out of the leaf and into your cup. Below are a small selection of teas I have produced.
